Why is this important? Reading or saying strong messages helps to improve our confidence and how we handle stress. They remind us that we are capable and strong! 

Where Should We Do It? Indoors. 

What Do We Need? A paper and pen or pencil to write down your message and a camera or phone to snap a picture. 

How Should We Set Up? Get your pen/pencil and paper ready and start thinking of strong messages. Keep your camera/phone near you so you can snap a picture when you are done. 

How Do We Do It? 

    1. Write your strong message on your piece of paper. Make sure it is appropriate! 
    2. Once you finish your message, snap a picture of you holding up your strong message. 
    3. Submit your picture!
