Why is this important? Stretching our feet can minimize foot pain and prevent injuries in our feet and other parts of our bodies. Stretching our feet can also help us perform better when playing sports and in every day life.
Where Should We Do It? Indoors.
What Do We Need? A chair and space to stretch your feet. You also need a phone or camera to snap a picture.
How Should We Set Up? Set up the chair, sit down and rest your feet on the floor. Keep your phone nearby so you can snap a picture!
How Do We Do It?
- Sit down in a chair with your feet on the floor.
- Spread your toes out as far as you can without straining. Hold your toes like this for 5 seconds.
- Repeat this stretch 10 times.
- Snap a picture of you doing this foot stretch or another foot exercise.
- Submit your picture!
