What are we doing? Submit a photo of you/your athletes completing this foot and ankle exercise: Stand on one foot, rise up on your toes, then lower back onto your heel. Do this 10 times on each foot.

Why is this important? The feet and ankles are the foundation of our bodies. Making sure they are strong will set the rest of your body up to perform well.
Where should we do it? Inside or outside in a safe space.
What do we need? Just your body!
How should we set up? Find a space inside or outside where you can perform your exercise.
How do we do it?
- Go to your safe space.
- Once there, perform your exercise and take a picture of yourself!
- Submit your photo!
