What are we doing? Submit a photo of you/your athletes doing a flexibility exercise like reaching to the sky and touching your toes.

Why is this important? Being flexible helps increase our range of motion so you can grab the ball, slide to home or reach the basket. Doing flexibility exercises will help improve your overall health and improve your sport skills. 

Where should we do it? Inside or outside. 

What do we need? Just your body!  

How should we set up? Find a space where you can reach up high and then touch your toes.  

How do we do it? 

    1. Go to your safe space.  
    2. Once there, take a photo of yourself performing your flexibility exercise. 
    3. Submit your photo!
