Challenge Description

What Are We Doing? In one minute, do as many strokes as you can!

Where Should We Do It? Open space indoors or outside

What Do We Need? Stopwatch or timer app on your phone

How Should We Set Up? Clear the space around you of any tripping or slipping hazards

How Do We Do It?

  1. Prepare yourself into the plank position, on your elbows and either on your toes or your knees
  2. Start your timer for one minute
  3. Raise your left hand, place it along your leg, and bring it over and forward in a front crawl motion, following your hand with your eyes and head. Do this three times, switch to the right side.
  4.  Count how many strokes you complete in a minute

Scoring: Add up how many strokes you were able to complete in the 60 seconds and submit your total
