Challenge Instructions
Where should we do it? Driveway, sidewalk, backyard, or indoor space free of trip or slip hazards (with permission).
What do we need? A ball- any medium to large ball will do, and a stopwatch or phone to use as a timer.
How should we set up? Hold your ball in front of you and have your stopwatch ready.
How do we do it?
1) Set the timer to 60 seconds.
2) With your feet together and arms extended in front of your body, toss the ball up above your head height and catch it. using both hands.
3) Count how many ball tosses you complete in the 60 seconds.
4) Let us know how many tosses you completed during the 60 seconds.
