What are we doing? How many times can you do a two-foot forward bound, in one minute?

Challenge Instructions
Where should we do it? Any flat, no-slip surface in an open space indoors or out with no obstacles.
What do we need? Stopwatch or a timer app on your phone.
How should we set up? Find your starting spot with lots of room ahead of you.
How do we do it?

- Set your timer for one minute.
- Jump with both feet, in a forward motion using your arms to help you, and land on both feet. Repeat for one minute.
- Pace yourself and take breaks if needed – you have one minute to complete as many bounds as you can.
- Submit the number of times you bounded forwards in one minute. (Each bound is counted as one).
